This unique session blends gentle, meditative yoga—drawing from Yin Yoga and Somatics—with therapeutic puppy interaction to support physical, mental, and emotional homeostasis. You'll release tension, calm your mind, and reconnect with your inner self—all with the joyful presence of our playful canine companions.

Through slow, intentional movement and breath activation, your nervous system is gently invited to soften and expand, creating space for transformation, joy, and deep presence. Puppies will roam freely, offering spontaneous delight and deepening your grounding practice. Throughout the experience, you’ll even have the opportunity to hold a puppy companion as you move and breathe.

In this class, you’ll explore the power of your breath—learning how to use it to influence your inner state and the energy of your surroundings. The puppies are not just companions; they are mirrors and guides, demonstrating the quiet, natural brilliance of breath and presence.

What to Know Before You Arrive:

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to allow for parking and settling in.

  • Please bring your own yoga mat (an older one is recommended) and wear attire that’s okay to get a bit messy, as you’ll be working with live animals.

  • Please consider dressing appropriate for the weather, as this experience takes place outdoors under the shelter of a pavilion.

  • Leave personal pets at home. Our team will provide you with an adorable companion for this experience!

  • Embrace a judgment-free zone. Be prepared for an authentic experience with animals, including potential droppings or natural behavior.

About the Venue:

We’re proud to partner with Gary’s Brewery & Biergarten, a family-owned microbrewery and taproom in West Pensacola. Situated on 2.5 acres, it features a relaxed, pet-friendly atmosphere, 18 taps of rotating beer and cider, indoor/outdoor seating, and events ranging from trivia to live music.
