Are you ready to find your inner calm, release stored emotional trauma, and rejuvenate your mind and body? Join us every Tuesday night at 6:30 PM for a unique, one-of-a-kind yoga experience.

Pranayama Into Somatic Movement is a gentle, guided practice that weaves conscious breathwork with mindful, embodied movement. We begin by deepening the breath through traditional pranayama techniques, then flow into intuitive somatic sequences that help release tension, awaken body awareness, and restore balance. This class invites you to soften, listen within, and reconnect breath to body for a deeply calming and revitalizing experience.

These sessions are authentic and original — you’ve never practiced them before, because I create them fresh each week, inspired by my own healing journey. Be prepared to let yourself be heard, to shake, to scream if needed, and to have the best time of your life doing yoga in the most untraditional ways. Here, you embody your yoga — you don’t squeeze yourself into poses.
